1. Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information

• Responding to inquiries and providing support regarding service implementation

• Customer management and provision of customized services

• Provision of marketing and event information

• Statistical analysis for improving service quality

• Outsourcing tasks for service provision

3. Collected Information

• Required Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name

• Optional Information: Desired service implementation timeline, features and service information of interest

• The following information may be collected during the service usage process:

• Service usage information, such as visit dates and service usage history

• Call content and history generated during service responses

• Information required for issuing certificates of eligibility (e.g., corporate registration number/email address)

4. Retention and Usage Period

• Information will be retained for 5 years from the date of inquiry.

• However, if a longer retention period is specified by relevant laws and regulations, the information will be retained for the duration stipulated by those laws.
